Cancellation & Refund Policy

Urban Puro Naturals handcrafts each spice blend in small batches, just for you. To maintain this level of freshness and quality, we follow a strict no‑cancellation, no‑return, and no‑exchange policy.
1. Order Cancellations
We do not accept order cancellations under any circumstances.
Once your order is placed, it immediately goes into processing to ensure freshness, and therefore cannot be modified or cancelled.
2. No Returns / Exchanges
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been delivered.
This applies even if the package is unopened, to ensure food safety and hygiene.
3. No Cash on Delivery (COD)
We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
All orders must be prepaid using our secure payment gateway.
4. Refunds
No refunds will be issued for:
- Order cancellations (as they are not permitted)
- Orders already processed, shipped, or delivered
- Dislike of taste/texture after delivery
- Returns of any kind for food allergy reasons
Refunds are only applicable in case of proven damage during transit (see Damaged Parcels section).
5. Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, we offer a free replacement only — not a refund.
A clear unboxing video showing the damage is mandatory for any claim.
