1. Products & Usage

All our spice blends are handcrafted in small batches to ensure freshness and quality.

Our products are intended for culinary use only. Please check the ingredients for any allergies before purchase.

We reserve the right to change or update product information, pricing, or packaging without prior notice.

2. Pricing & Taxes

All prices shown on the website are inclusive of GST.

We do not charge any hidden fees. A shipping fee of ₹35 is applied on orders up to ₹499; shipping is free on orders above ₹499.

Tax is included in the product price and will be visible in the invoice only, not added at checkout.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship orders within India only.

Orders are processed in 2–3 business days and delivered within 3–10 business days, depending on the location.

We use Delhivery and India Speed Post for shipping. If your pincode is not serviceable, we will contact you for alternatives.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

We do not accept order cancellations under any circumstances.

Once your order is placed, it immediately goes into processing to ensure freshness, and therefore cannot be modified or cancelled.

We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

5. Privacy & Data Security

We value your privacy. Any information shared during purchase is kept confidential and used solely to fulfill your order.
