At Urban Puro Naturals, we take pride in crafting small-batch, premium-quality spice blends that are as fresh and honest as they come. To ensure a seamless and reliable delivery experience for every order, please read our Order Processing & Shipping Policy carefully.

1. Order Processing Time

All our spice blends are made in small batches, ensuring freshness in every pack.
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days from the date of confirmation.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only within India.
Orders are shipped via Delhivery courier service.
If your area is not serviceable by Delhivery, we will dispatch your order via Indian Speed Post.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery typically takes 3 to 10 business days, depending on your pincode and courier availability.
Tracking details will be shared via email and/or SMS once your order is dispatched.

4. Shipping Charges

Flat ₹35 shipping charge applies on all orders up to ₹499.
Free shipping on all orders above ₹499.

5. Returns & Replacements

We do not accept returns due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products.
If your parcel arrives damaged, we will provide a free replacement — provided the following conditions are met:

A clear unboxing video must be recorded from the moment the package is opened.
The issue must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.
